The AIM5D10B060M1 / AIM5D10B060M1S is a Dual-In-Line Package Intelligent Power Module designed for 600V-10A applications. It features a 3-phase inverter with integrated HVIC drivers, built-in bootstrap diodes with current limiting resistors, and comprehensive protection features including control supply under-voltage lockout (UVLO), over-temperature (OT) protection, and short-circuit current (CSC) protection. The module provides a fault out signal (VFO) for various fault conditions and offers a wide input interface with Schmitt trigger receiver circuits.
